Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven MBA professional to lead the overall business operations of DentAlly. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between clinical, marketing, HR, business development, and administrative functions while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess solid business acumen, leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build systems and processes that support a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities Business Operations - Oversee the day-to-day operations across all clinic locations.

- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
- Build scalable systems and management processes to support organizational growth. Marketing & Business Growth - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the DentAlly brand.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across Instagram, YouTube, Google, SEO, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and oversee content marketing, social media campaigns, and brand communication.
- Drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing initiatives.




- Identify current business opportunities, partnerships, referral programs, and corporate collaborations.
- Continuously explore new channels and growth opportunities to expand the brand's reach.

Human

Resources & Talent Acquisition - Lead end-to-end recruitment across clinical and non-clinical functions.

- Hire dentists, specialists, doctors, and key leadership positions.
- Build employer branding initiatives.
- Design onboarding and induction processes.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and performance management frameworks.
- Implement HR policies and organizational development initiatives.

Employee

Experience & Culture - Foster a high-performance, patient-first culture.

- Design employee recognition and reward programs.

Clinical

Operations - Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth clinical operations across all branches.

- Develop systems, workflows, and management processes that enhance organizational efficiency and scalability.
- Support expansion planning and new business initiatives. Administration & Compliance - Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across clinics.
