We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing EdTech team. If you have experience in consultative sales, high-ticket education product sales, and a strong drive to achieve targets, we'd love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities

✅ Counsel prospective students and working professionals on Degree Programs and Professional Certificate Programs.

✅ Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective consultative selling.

✅ Conduct telephonic, virtual, and video counseling sessions.

✅ Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.

✅ Follow up with prospects and drive closures.

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities.

✅ Collaborate with admissions and operations teams for a seamless enrollment process.





✅ Build strong relationships with learners and generate referrals.

Eligibility

Criteria

✔ 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales or education counseling.

✔ Proven track record in selling high-ticket educational programs.

✔ Experience in Degree Programs, Executive Programs, or Skilled Certificate Programs is preferred.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

✔ Target-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales goals.

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
