About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Sales to drive business growth for our construction company. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction, real estate, infrastructure, or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Meet prospective clients and present the company's products and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
