Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Researcher to join our energetic Research and Development (R&D;) team. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our product portfolio through innovative work in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA), coating technologies, and emulsion chemistry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead research and development activities for pressure-sensitive adhesive formulations, water-based emulsions, and coating systems. Design, synthesize, and optimize acrylic, vinyl, and other polymer emulsion systems to meet performance and application requirements.
- Develop new adhesive and coating products for labels, tapes, films, packaging, and specialty applications. Conduct laboratory experiments, formulation screening, and performance evaluations, including adhesion, cohesion, tack, peel strength, and aging studies.
- Analyze structure-property relationships and provide technical recommendations for product improvement. Scale up laboratory formulations to pilot and commercial production while ensuring process robustness and product consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, regulatory,



and commercial functions to support product development and commercialization. Provide technical solutions through root-cause analysis.
- Maintain detailed experimental records, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor industry trends, scientific literature, and emerging technologies in adhesives, coatings, polymers, and emulsion chemistry.
- Support intellectual property activities, including patent searches, invention disclosures, and technical documentation. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building technical expertise within the team.

Preferred Experience & Qualification:

- Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with 03 years of industrial or postdoctoral research experience; alternatively, M.Sc. / M.Tech with 5+ years of industrial R&D; experience in pressure-sensitive adhesives, coatings, and emulsion polymerization.
- Strong knowledge of acrylic emulsions, polymer synthesis, rheology, surface science, and coating technologies.
- Experience with analytical and characterization techniques such as DSC, TGA, DMA, GPC, particle size analysis, and rheological measurements. Proven track record of product development, troubleshooting, and scale-up activities.
