About the Role:

We are hiring a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team. This is a non-promotional, field-based scientific role focused on peer-to-peer engagement with KOLs, HCPs, and researchers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as therapeutic area expert and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through scientific exchange
- Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries with balanced, evidence-based information
- Support Advisory Boards, Investigator Meetings, and Scientific Congresses
- Develop & review medical content - FAQs, slide decks, training materials




- Collect field medical insights and support Real-World Evidence (RWE) & Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS)
- Provide scientific training to internal teams and ensure compliance with local/global standards
- Maintain documentation of HCP interactions in CRM systems

Key Requirements:

- Education: MBBS / PharmD / PhD / MPharm / BDS / MDS
- Experience: 2-4 years in Medical Affairs, MSL role, or clinical/research background. Medico Marketing experience preferred

Skills:

Solid scientific acumen, excellent communication & presentation skills, digital fluency, stakeholder management, high compliance mindset
