Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory. CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.

About the Role

Mobiloitte Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Balance Sheet finalization, Tally ERP, and end-to-end accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial records using Tally ERP.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.




- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills

- 7–11 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization is mandatory.
- Excellent working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
- Experience in the IT/Software industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory. CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.
