- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function with 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Handle team management, client coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in headhunting, candidate management, and client relationship management.
- Share and allocate hiring requirements to the recruitment team on a daily basis.
- Build, manage, and scale recruitment and staffing operations effectively.
- Consistently achieve hiring targets and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including client communication, acquisition, and account management.
