Job Description: Senior Sales Manager Used Car Loans

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager – Used Car Loans is responsible for driving business acquisition through dealer relationships, DSA networks, and direct channels. The role involves managing sales targets, maintaining strong market presence, and ensuring superior customer experience in the Used Car Loans segment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

- Acquire new business for Used Car Loans through dealers, DSAs, and direct customer sourcing.
- Increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard current dealer partners.

2. Dealer & Channel Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers, DSAs, and brokers.
- Conduct regular visits and maintain active engagement to ensure consistent lead flow.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely payouts.

3. Sales Target Achievement

- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for used car loan disbursements.




- Monitor lead conversion rates and take corrective actions for improvement.

4. Credit & Documentation

- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to documentation standards, KYC norms, and credit policies.
- Troubleshoot cases requiring escalation or clarification.

5. Market Intelligence

- Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends in the used car ecosystem.
- Share periodic insights with management for product and pricing decisions.

6. Customer Experience

- Ensure seamless onboarding and loan processing for customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan approvals, disbursements, or documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Used Car Loans / Auto Loans / NBFC sales.
- Strong understanding of used car dealer ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & CRM tools
