We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain to handle L1 Support, Client Coordination, and Project Coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and insurance applications.

Roles and Responsibility

- Handle L1 support and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Manage project coordination and ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC process and business operations.
- Experience in handling insurance applications and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
