Branch Coordinator - WH to Stores Job Purpose The Branch Coordinator acts as the link between the warehouse and our QnQ retail stores ensuring smooth flow of inventory timely replenishment accurate documentation and effective communication The role requires strong coordination follow-up and reporting skills to maintain stock availability and operational efficiency at all branches Key Responsibilities Inventory Logistics Coordination Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of goods to stores Monitor daily stock requirements and raise indent requests as per store needs Track shipments and resolve any delays or shortages proactively Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward stock movement Store Support Communication Act as the single point of contact between warehouse and assigned stores Handle store escalations related to stock supplies and logistics Share delivery schedules and updates with stores regularly Ensure adherence to SOPs in goods receipt storage and display Reporting Monitoring Maintain daily records of dispatches and store acknowledgments Prepare MIS reports on stock movement shortages and pending indents Report discrepancies or damages immediately to the operations team Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation between WH and stores Process Compliance Improvement Ensure all warehouse-to-store transactions follow company guidelines Identify gaps in supply chain operations and suggest improvements Support in implementation of recent systems or processes for efficiency Skills Competencies Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and MIS reporting Problem-solving ability with a customer service mindset Time management and ability to handle multiple store requirements Effective verbal and written communication Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline 1-3 years of experience in warehouse logistics or retail store coordination Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Experience in retail pharmacy chain preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 12 962 25 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Leave encashment Work Location In person
