Key Responsibilities:

- Daily site supervision and execution monitoring
- Quantity measurement and verification of executed work
- Preparation and verification of contractor RA bills
- BOQ quantity reconciliation and material tracking
- Monitoring RCC, finishing, and related site activities
- Coordination with contractors, consultants, and project management teams
- Preparation of progress reports, measurement sheets, and documentation
- Verification of extra items and variation quantities
- Monitoring material consumption and reconciliation
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting systems
- Ensuring work execution as per approved drawings and timelines
- Coordination for smooth workflow and timely project execution
- Monitoring site quality and safety standards





Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in residential/commercial projects
- Experience in billing and site execution preferred
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, contractor billing, and reconciliation
- Positive understanding of RCC and finishing works
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel is mandatory
- Experience in Government/PPP projects preferred
- Good coordination, communication, and site management skills
- Ability to handle billing and execution activities independently
