Our client, a leading Technology company is looking to hire a Finance lawyer for its global legal team based out of Bangalore.
Legal qualified with 4-6 years of PQE in asset finance, banking, or structured finance to support complex leasing and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions would be a relevant fit.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting leasing, secured lending, receivables financing, and related finance transactions.
- Strong understanding of finance documentation, security structures, guarantees, and cross-border financing.
- Ability to advise on legal risk, collaborate with business teams, and support regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Law firm experience is highly preferred.
