About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and patient-focused BAMS Doctor to join our healthcare team as a Medical Counsellor. The role involves providing telephonic medical counselling to patients, addressing their health-related queries, guiding them appropriately, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic medical counselling to patients.
- Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate medical guidance.
- Educate patients about healthcare services and treatment processes.
- Address patient queries with empathy, professionalism, and medical accuracy.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient support and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records and counselling notes in the CRM.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and adherence to quality protocols.
- Comply with organizational SOPs and healthcare guidelines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical counselling, telemedicine, patient counselling, or healthcare services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Additional regional languages are an added advantage.
- Valuable computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
