Role Description This is a full time, on-site Back Office Executives – Sales role based in Ahmedabad in our corporate office The role involves to support daily back office operation and support sales by answering queries and provide information about our hotels and resorts. Manage documentation, maintaining records, preparing quotations, and updating booking and reservation details. The executive will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate information on availability, rates, and offers, and will assist in drafting emails, proposals, and basic reports for existing and potential clients.

The role also includes handling follow-ups, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between sales, finance,



and operations teams to support smooth booking and billing processes. Executive will also make regular calls to existing customers or potential customers to provide education, support, and sales information, related to products or services we offer.

Qualification: 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Back-Office operations Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with the ability to support lead follow-up, proposal preparation, and client coordination. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and office software will be an added advantage. A strong customer focus and passion for delivering great service Prior experience in hotel, travel, or hospitality back office or sales support roles is beneficial.
