Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated experienced talent to join our team as US Healthcare Recruiters. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various healthcare positions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, and networking.

Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate evaluations.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain candidate records and update internal databases.

Work closely with the team to meet daily and weekly submission targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2-4 Years of experience





Ability to work in a rapid-paced US shift environment.

Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain.

Immediate joiners preferred.
