The companys first flagship project is a premium residential development in Alibaug comprising large residential plots and luxury villas.
The project is being developed with a focus on thoughtful planning, quality design, disciplined execution and long-term value creation. SHPLs approach is centred on creating low-density developments that offer generous open spaces, carefully designed homes and a superior living experience.
The company works with leading architects, landscape designers, engineering consultants and specialist agencies while building a strong in-house team across project management, design coordination, commercial management and site execution. From master planning through construction, SHPL places significant emphasis on quality, professionalism and attention to detail.
Role Overview
Serve as the operational hub of the project owning coordination, programme control, and information flow across all stakeholders.
This is a Project Controls + Coordination role, not a traditional site engineer position.

- Conduct daily site coordination meetings with Site Manager, contractors, and consultants.
- Track and resolve day-to-day execution bottlenecks and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Maintain a live action log with ownership and closure dates.

Programme & Schedule Management

- Prepare and update the master project programme on a weekly basis.
- Flag delays, float consumption, and critical path deviations proactively.
- Align contractor-level schedules with the overall delivery timeline.

Consultant & Contractor Follow-up

- Own the RFI register raise, track, and close all Requests for Information with consultants.
- Follow up on consultant deliverables (drawings, approvals, specifications) and escalate delays.
- Coordinate across multiple contractors to avoid conflicts and sequence work efficiently.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain the drawing register version control, distribution, and supersession tracking.
- Maintain the decision register record all design and commercial decisions with date and authority.
- Prepare and issue the weekly project dashboard to senior leadership.
- Own the project risk register identify, assess, and mitigate risks with mitigation actions.

Skills

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management, and contract coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with architects, structural consultants, and MEP consultants.
- Prior exposure to luxury residential or villa construction preferred.
- AutoCAD reading ability ability to interpret drawings and issue markups.
