We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in existing loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.




- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
