Position Overview

1. The Duty Manager (ASM) will oversee the daily offline store operations, ensure smooth customer experience, and manage staff during assigned shifts. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on experience in supermarket.
2. The Team Leaders will oversee the daily online store operations, ensure smooth picking & packing and delivery management, and manage staff during assigned shifts. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on experience in WMS.

(Supermarket/grocery experience is preferable. Apparel, Fashion, QSR- Quick service Restaurant, Lifestyle profiles having robust leadership and customer service experience also considered)

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store during your shift
- Manage floor operations, staff deployment, and customer service
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control
- Supervise cash counters and ensure billing accuracy




- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain store hygiene, safety and compliance standards
- Support Store Manager in driving sales & achieving targets
- Guide, mentor and motivate store associates

Preferred candidate profile For ASM- Retail Store Operations including Shrinkage control, FIFO, Customer Service & Inventory Management For TL- WMS operations, Picking & Packing Management, Rider Management, Shrinkage control, FIFO & Inventory Management
