The Role

As Associate Director – Revenue & Brand Partnerships, your core focus is simple: drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships with key brand decision-makers.

You will be the primary face of Socio Impulse to CMOs, Brand Managers, and Media Leads, pitching and closing high-impact, influencer-led solutions that solve real business problems.

What You Will Do

Drive Revenue & Profitability: Take full ownership of revenue targets and portfolio growth, maintaining strong focus on profitability and EBITDA margins.

Win New Business (Hunter Mindset): Identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with Tier-1 brands and top agencies.

Build Senior Relationships:



Connect directly with CMOs, Brand Heads, and Media Directors to establish long-term, trust-based alliances.

Lead Commercials & Deals: Manage deal structuring, custom pricing, high-stakes negotiations, and final contract closures.

Craft ROI-Driven Solutions: Translate brand briefs into innovative, social-first, and creator-led campaigns that win clients and drive sales.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant Experience: 4–6 years in an influencer marketing, media, or content-led agency with a proven track record of scaling business.

Robust Network: Established connections with Brand Managers, CMOs, and agency heads who trust your pitch.

Commercial Acumen: Prior experience managing revenue targets, deal forecasting, and margin control.

Industry Mastery: Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, social trends, and media planning.

Ownership Mindset: An entrepreneurial operator who balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
