Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Order Processing:

- Receive and review Purchase Orders (POs) from customers
- Validate product details, pricing, delivery terms, and documentation requirements
- Enter and process orders in CRM/ERP systems

2. Procurement (Back-to-Back Purchasing):

- Raise Purchase Orders to suppliers against customer POs
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms
- Follow up with suppliers for timely dispatch readiness

3. Logistics & Freight Coordination:

- Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment booking
- Arrange transportation (air/sea/road) as per shipment requirements
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

4. Customs Clearance & Compliance:

- Coordinate with CHA for import/export clearance
- Ensure timely payment of customs duty and related charges
- Verify HS codes and compliance requirements
- Handle customs documentation and clearance issues

5. Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Delivery Challan
- Bill of Entry / Shipping Bill
- Customer-required certificates (COO,



test certificates, etc.)

6. Invoicing & Accounts Coordination:

- Create sales invoices in Tally and CRM
- Ensure correct GST application and pricing
- Coordinate with accounts for payment tracking

7. Coordination & Follow-up:

- Act as a bridge between customer, supplier, CHA, and logistics partners
- Track order status from receipt to final delivery
- Resolve delays, shortages, or documentation issues

Preferred candidate profile

- Any graduate in Science, Engineering, or Commerce background 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- 25 years in order processing, logistics, or trading workplace
- Knowledge of import/export , customs clearance
- Familiarity with GST and invoicing
- Proficiency in Tally, CRM/ERP, and MS Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Self correspondence with customer and supplier through email , letter and phone
