Position: Electrical Diploma Engineer / ITI Electrician for Solar Power Plant Operations

Location: USL Solar Power Plant, Tehsil Lunkaransar, District Bikaner, Rajasthan

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically competent Electrical Diploma Engineer or ITI Electrician to supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Solar Power Plant at Lunkaransar, Bikaner (Rajasthan).

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in solar power generation, electrical systems, and plant operations to ensure protected, efficient, and uninterrupted power generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily operation of the Solar Power Plant.
- Monitor electricity generation and overall plant performance.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Inspect and maintain solar PV modules, string combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchyard, and associated electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize plant downtime.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain operation logs, maintenance records, and daily generation reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI Electrician.
- Experience in Solar Power Plant Operations & Maintenance is mandatory.
- Good understanding of:
- Solar PV Systems
- Grid-connected Solar Power Plants
- HT/LT Electrical Systems
- Solar Inverters
- Transformers
- Switchyard Operations
- Protection Systems
- Ability to identify and resolve electrical faults independently.
- Willingness to work at a plant location in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

Experience

- ITI Electrician: 3-5 years
- Diploma Electrical: 24 years
- B.Tech Electrical: 2–3 years
- Candidates with experience in MW-scale solar plants will be preferred.
