Role Overview

- Position: Onsite FS & Qlty Ops Team Lead
- Location: Nalbari (Near Guwahati), Assam
- Job ID: 464535

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Food Safety agenda and ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements.
- Execute and monitor Food Safety Systems including HACCP and AIB.
- Lead internal and external audits (AIB, Food Safety, Hygiene, Process Audits).
- Drive CAPA closure and Food Safety governance.
- Support NPD trials and Quality Systems implementation.
- Lead hygiene, sanitation and allergen management programs.
- Ensure product release as per quality standards and hold-clear processes.
- Partner with Manufacturing and HR teams for capability building and training initiatives.
- Drive assigned TPM agenda and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support quality culture development across the plant.




- Monitor and report key quality KPIs and compliance metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- B.Tech Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Food Science or relevant qualification.
- 510 years of Quality & Food Safety experience in FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to:
- HACCP
- AIB
- FSSAI
- Food Safety Systems
- Quality Audits
- CAPA
- TPM
- Hygiene & Sanitation Programs

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on and proactive approach with a go-getter mindset.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

Location & Working Model

- Plant location: Nalbari, Assam (Near Guwahati)
- Candidate should be willing to relocate and stay in/around Nalbari.
- 6 working days per week.
- Versatile weekly off based on business requirements.
- Candidate should be open to supporting operations during weekends when required.
