Eligibility Criteria

Salary & Benefits

Freshers

- 22,000 Fixed Salary
- 4,000 Additional Allowance

Experienced Candidates

- 25,800 28,000 Fixed Salary (Based on experience)
- 4,000 Additional Allowance
- Attractive Performance Incentives
- Salary hike based on relevant experience and previous compensation

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound voice support.
- Resolve customer queries promptly with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide appropriate information and effective solutions.




- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships while meeting quality standards.

Work Schedule

- 5-Day Work Week
- Rotational Shifts
- 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
