Job Summary We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team in the Solar & Electrical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our residential, commercial, industrial, and solar solutions, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening our brand presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, industrial, and solar solutions.
- Promote solar products, including On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Rooftop Systems.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate new leads and support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand awareness activities.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility across digital and offline marketing channels.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using marketing analytics tools.
- Manage digital marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

Eligibility

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 27 years in Sales, Marketing, Branding, or Business Development.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Solar Industry.
- One ASM-level candidate is specifically required for the Siliguri location. The candidate should be based in Kolkata and willing to relocate to or work from Siliguri.
