Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing to manage domestic and export sales administration, customer order processing, production planning, dispatch coordination, export documentation, logistics management, customer communication, invoicing, payment follow-up, and MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with OEM customers, export markets, production teams, and supply chain functions within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Export Sales Order Management

- Receive and review customer purchase orders.




- Verify part numbers, pricing, and order specifications.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with Production and Purchase teams.
- Issue order confirmations.
- Communicate shipment schedules to domestic and international customers.
- Ensure timely order execution.

Production Planning & Dispatch Coordination

- Release production plans based on customer schedules.
- Monitor production progress.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules.
- Keep customers informed about delivery timelines.
- Ensure on-time deliveries.

Export Documentation & Logistics

- Prepare export invoices and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners.
- Obtain Bills of Lading and Proof of Delivery.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations.

Domestic Sales Administration

- Obtain customer schedules.
- Release production plans.
- Generate invoices.
- Coordinate dispatches.
- Follow up on customer payments.

Customer & Agency Coordination

- Coordinate with domestic and export customers.
- Liaise with customs and statutory authorities.
- Resolve delivery issues proactively.
- Build strong customer relationships.

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain customer-wise sales records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports.




- Track sales performance against budgets.
- Monitor freight costs.
- Generate management dashboards and performance reports.
