The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director (MD), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or Group Finance Head and play a key role in managing the organization's finance and accounts operations.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure timely book closure and financial reporting.

- Manage General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.

- Present financial reports to the MD, CFO, and Group Finance Head.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.

- Monitor statutory payments and regulatory filings.





- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Monitor cash flow and working capital.

- Analyze financial performance and profitability.

- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.

- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management.

- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payment approvals.

- Improve working capital efficiency.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the Accounts team.

- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth execution of finance operations.

Required Qualifications

- CA Inter or ICWA Inter (Mandatory)

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance is an added advantage.

Experience Required

- 8–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Experience as Accounts Head, Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, Senior Accounts Manager, or Finance Controller preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automotive, FMCG, or similar industries will be an advantage.
