Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.

Generate recent leads through various channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Coordinate and schedule property site visits with prospective clients.

Guide customers throughout the sales process, from the first interaction to deal closure.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements





0–3 years of sales experience.

Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru for client meetings and site visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Work Schedule

Weekly off: Tuesday.

Candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as these are peak business days.

This is a field-based role involving daily travel across Bengaluru.
