✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions.

✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

✔ Drive talent scouting through multiple sourcing channels and networking.

✔ Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

✔ Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely, constructive hiring feedback.





✔ Plan and execute campus hiring initiatives and build relationships with educational institutions.

✔ Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

✔ Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Preferred Candidate

Profile

✅ MBA (HR) or Graduate with relevant experience.

✅ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Engineering industries.

✅ Solid expertise in talent sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
