Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, as well as providing efficient service to airlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
- Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
- Perform security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Location: The position is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. However, candidates must be willing to relocate to other locations as per the company's requirements.
