We at YatriBiz are looking for a Travel Consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle domestic, Group Ticketing, FIT, rescheduling, refunds, cancellations, fares, PNR management, airline reservations, hotel bookings, and air ticketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving their queries related to travel bookings.
- Utilize Amadeus, Galileo system for productive processing of travel transactions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in the travel industry (domestic ticketing and Hotel Booking).
- Proficiency in Amadeus system for air ticketing and reservation.
- Strong knowledge of fares, refunds, cancellation policies, and PNR management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle client queries effectively.

Role: Travel Agent / Consultant Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
