Role Description The AI Marketing & Automation Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi. This role is responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns that leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Day-to-day tasks include market research, planning and optimizing digital and offline marketing initiatives, managing automated workflows (such as email sequences and lead nurturing funnels), and monitoring campaign performance using analytics dashboards. The executive will collaborate with the sales and design teams to align messaging with Silpi Architects’ portfolio, prepare marketing content and presentations,



and support client outreach and follow-ups. This role also involves continuously testing new AI-based tools and strategies to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong market planning skills, including campaign design, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for clear, qualified interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to support lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and AI-driven marketing platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email automation, chatbots, analytics tools).
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Comfort working with design and architecture content; prior experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or AI tools are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
