Manager - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing/Corporate - Mumbai - 6-10 Years We are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition with 6-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pan India hiring, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and talent pipeline development while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver quality talent.

Responsibilities:

- Driving end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Pan India locations for multiple business functions.
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Developing competency-based hiring processes to attract high-quality talent.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and ensuring timely hiring.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics including TAT, cost-per-hire,



source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Driving employer branding initiatives through campuses, social media, and recruitment events.
- Managing relationships with recruitment consultants, vendors, and external hiring partners.
- Conducting market mapping and industry benchmarking to identify talent trends.
- Ensuring smooth execution of background verification and pre-joining documentation.
- Driving compliance with recruitment policies, SOPs, and organizational hiring standards.
- Preparing recruitment dashboards, hiring reports, and manpower updates for leadership review.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate with PGDBM/MBA in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Pan India hiring.
- Solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience in talent mapping, sourcing strategies, and recruitment planning.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics, employer branding, and market intelligence.
- Experience in managing recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.




- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proficiency in recruitment dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and hiring best practices.
