As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey

Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and assistance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Conduct informative and persuasive counseling sessions to promote the perks of Business School's programs.
- Build relationships with potential students and understand their aspirations and career goals.
- Assist students in selecting the most suitable program based on their interests and qualifications.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up with them to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and achieve organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in education and industry to effectively address student queries.

Candidates Skill :-

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience ( minimum 2 years) in admissions counseling or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand and assess student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Familiarity with the education sector and knowledge of management programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.





Candidate Profile :

Experienced in Calling and managing queries of students and parents regarding university admissions at undergraduate and Post Graduate levels
