About the Role

Angroos is looking for a Digital Marketing & Enquiry Management Executive who can manage digital marketing activities, online promotions, customer enquiries, and sales support across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, sales-oriented, and capable of handling both marketing campaigns and customer communications effectively.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other digital marketing activities
- Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertisements for better performance and ROI
- Analyze marketing performance and reduce unnecessary advertising expenses
- Create marketing posters, creatives, reels, and promotional content using AI tools and design platforms
- Manage website content updates, product uploads, banners, and promotional campaigns
- Support basic SEO activities to improve online visibility and search rankings
- Monitor online sales channels including website, social media, and marketplaces
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, email, and phone calls
- Respond to enquiries quickly and professionally
- Convert enquiries into sales through proper follow-up and communication
- Share quotations, product information, photos, videos, and order details with customers
- Maintain enquiry records and customer databases




- Coordinate with customers regarding customization, payments, delivery schedules, and order updates
- Research new online marketing opportunities and revenue sources
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences
- Support festive campaigns, promotions, and sales growth activities

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Strong sales and enquiry conversion ability
- Good phone communication and online chatting skills
- Knowledge of Canva, AI tools, ChatGPT, or similar creative platforms
- Basic website and e-commerce understanding
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make improvements
- Good organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Creative and result-oriented personality
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Passion for digital marketing and online business growth
- Experience in digital marketing, customer support, online sales, or social media management is preferred
- Fast learner with robust problem-solving skills
