- Source recent projects and align them with client requirements
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and support in deal closures
- Ensure continuous lead generation through database, references, and networking
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Train, mentor, and guide team members on sales strategies and closures
- Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, and project updates
- Maintain MIS, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
- Leverage strong network within developer lobby for project sourcing and closures
- Manage and utilize data outsourcing channels for lead generation and database building

Key Skills Required:

- Strong network in developer lobby and real estate market
- Experience in handling channel partner firm operations
- Knowledge of data sourcing / outsourcing for lead generation
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability

Pay: ₹38,371.48 - ₹69,513.76 per month
