Hiring: HR Recruiter – Sales Recruitment Experienced.

Position: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)
Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for sales positions.

Eligibility:

- 4–5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development Recruitment (Mandatory).




- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
