We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our business by acquiring new dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products in the assigned territory.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and client visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG, lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
