- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-in inquiries.
- Understand clients' investment goals and property requirements.
- Present residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
