* Oversee Gym, Swimming Pool, Mini Theatre, Indoor Games, Multipurpose Court & Kids Play Area.
* Lead Housekeeping, Security, Technical, and Vendor teams.
* Handle resident queries and ensure excellent customer service.
* Plan and organize community events and resident engagement activities.
* Manage budgets, MIS reports, inventory, and vendor performance.
* Ensure compliance with safety, statutory norms, and JLL standards.
