Responsibilities
- Monitor employee discipline and workplace conduct.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of office and project sites.
- Report any violations, misconduct, or suspicious activities.
- Maintain security records and incident reports.
- Coordinate with HR and management on disciplinary matters.
- Verify attendance, assets, and operational compliance.
- Support investigations when required.
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in vigilance, security, administration, or a similar role.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Robust communication and integrity.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
