Job Description:

We are having an opening for the position of Jr./Sr. Executive Purchase with one of our very reputed clients FMCG Industry in Delhi (Okhla Phase 3).

Job responsibilities:

- Issue of Purchase order and share with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors, centers and factory for material received.
- Submit payment advice to finance department.
- Assist Daily routine jobs.
- Able to manage purchase/ stock related activities for all centers.
- Co-ordinate with accounts team related to payments.
- Knowledge of Purchase procedure like indent, vendor development, Quotation, comparison making, price negotiation, fixed asset, summary preparation.
- Co-ordinate with vendors for follow-up and quotation.

Age: 26 to 30 Years

Candidates profile :

- Candidate must have good knowledge in purchase and operations.
- PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
- Candidate must have good speaking skills in both English and Hindi language.
- Candidate with good communication skills, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, sincere towards work and must have positive computer knowledge.
