n Position Overview:
n The Domestic Holidays Specialist will play a key role in creating, planning, and coordinating domestic holiday packages for our clients. This role requires a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft unique and memorable experiences tailored to the preferences and interests of our diverse clientele.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Develop and design domestic holiday packages that cater to different preferences, budgets, and travel styles.
n Research and stay informed about popular domestic destinations, attractions, and activities.
n Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and special requirements.
n Customize holiday packages to meet individual client needs, ensuring a personalized and unique experience.
n Create detailed and well-organized itineraries, including transportation, accommodations,



and activities.
n Ensure that itineraries align with client preferences and provide a seamless travel experience.
n Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.
n Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality services for clients.
n Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering support throughout their travel experience.
n Manage and resolve any issues that may arise during the client's holiday.
n Prepare and provide clients with all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, hotel vouchers, and activity details.
n Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trip details.
