n n JOB DESCRIPTION:
n n Must be a Graduate
n Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada.
n Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently
n Versatile with shifts and working hours
n Must be a good team player
n Good problem-solving skills
n Assist team lead/supervisor to prepare various reports
n Ability to multitask
n Ability to articulate technical and complex scenarios with easy
n n Documents and things to Carry:
n n Carry a print out your updated resume;
n Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
