n At Cavitak Marketing Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. If you have experience in collections, customer reconciliations, ageing reports, and cash flow management, we'd love to connect with you!
n Key Responsibilities
n n Monitor and manage accounts receivable ageing reports.
n Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders for timely collections.
n Reconcile customer payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
n Prepare MIS, ageing,



collections, and credit risk reports.
n Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve pending orders due to payment issues.
n Support initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
n n What We're Looking For
n n MBA (Finance), M.Com, or BBA (Finance).
n Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
n Solid knowledge of receivables management, reconciliations, and ageing analysis.
n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
n Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
n Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
