Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Achieve branch business targets for gold loan disbursements and revenue.
- Acquire recent customers through field marketing, referrals, and local business networking.
- Increase branch profitability and portfolio growth.
- Cross-sell financial products such as insurance, gold coins, and other loan products
