Job Description About Sigmoid:
n At Sigmoid, we are scaling our Business Consulting & Solutions (BCS) – Pharma Group and looking for a senior leader who can combine pharma domain expertise, client consulting, and AI/analytics-led transformation.
n This is not a pure project management role and not a hands-on data science role. We are looking for someone who has owned client engagements, shaped solutions, contributed to pre-sales, and delivered measurable business impact for global pharma clients.
n What you'll do
n n Lead strategic pharma consulting and analytics engagements across commercial, patient, and market access use cases
n Partner with senior client stakeholders (Directors/VPs/Business Heads)
n Drive program delivery, governance, and cross-functional execution
n Contribute to proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations
n Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, case studies, and thought leadership assets




n Mentor engagement managers, consultants, and analytics teams
