n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage AP, AR, and bookkeeping activities.
n Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
n Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
n Support W-2 and 1099 preparation.
n Work on QuickBooks and Excel-based reporting.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
n Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a US CPA firm required.
n Robust QuickBooks Online and MS Excel knowledge.
n Experience in reconciliations and reporting.
n WolfePak experience preferred.
