n About the role
n We're hiring a Senior Admissions Counsellor to own high-intent inbound enquiries from students and parents planning undergraduate and graduate admissions abroad, alongside our test prep programmes (SAT, ACT, IELTS, GRE, GMAT).
n This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role — not a call-centre desk. You'll speak with families making a significant investment decision, build genuine trust, and convert with integrity.
n What you'll do
n n Own inbound leads end-to-end: first call, needs discovery, profile evaluation, programme recommendation, closure
n Counsel students and parents on university options across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and Singapore, and map the right test prep pathway




n Run structured follow-ups and manage a live pipeline in the CRM with clean, accurate data
n Consistently deliver monthly enrolment and revenue targets
n Coordinate with academic and counselling delivery teams for smooth onboarding post-enrolment
n Mentor junior counsellors on pitch quality, objection handling and call structure
n n What we're looking for
n n 3–6 years in admissions counselling, study abroad consulting, or EdTech inside sales, with a demonstrable closing record
n Comfortable holding a 45+ minute consultative conversation with an educated parent
n Robust command of spoken and written English; Hindi fluency preferred
n Hands-on with a CRM (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
n Exposure to overseas education or standardised test prep is a strong plus
n Based in Noida / NCR
