**Head of Continental Business System (CBS) Kalyani and Projects** **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and drive all CBS (Continuous Improvement/Lean) activities across the plant + Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure execution + Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects (RIEs, problem-solving, lean initiatives) + Manage CBS budget, forecasts, and financial targets + Train, coach, and develop employees in CBS principles and lean culture + Monitor KPIs, track project performance, and ensure accurate reporting + Implement and maintain CBS standards; support continuous improvement of processes + Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams + Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines + Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables + Coordinate project phases and activities + Provide technical guidance and engineering expertise + Review designs, specifications, and drawings + Resolve technical issues during project execution + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors,
