Minimize the plant break down time & 100% equipment efficiency Must be hands-on, field-oriented, with strong CMMS discipline and fixed plant maintenance experience in a continuous process industry. Exposure to fabrication, welding processes, and industrial magnet systems is preferred. Candidates from the steel/slag handling industry will have an added advantage. **Responsibilities Summary** **Maintenance:** Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes **Reliability:** Monitor MTBF, MTTR, and downtime and Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) **Planning:** Maintenance planning based on equipment criticality and lifecycle **Breakdown Handling:** Quick fault diagnosis and restoration **CMMS / Oracle (Mandatory):** + Work order creation, planning, closure,
